Vocational Training

The Gvahim Vocational program offers a trade-focused, employment absorption track, with employment guaranteed at the program’s conclusion. Depending on the current demands of the Israeli labor market, participants will receive training in specific industries and will be set to enter the workplace.

ISCAR’S DIRECT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The Technology Center, the Research, Development and Manufacturing departments, the Setup and Maintenance Department, and the industrial production workshops are hiring engineers, technicians, CNC machine operators and technical specialists from other fields.

TRAINING PROGRAM FOR CNC MACHINE OPERATORS AND TECHNICIANS AT ISCAR INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION

This advanced training program will take place at the Lavon Business-Technology Park, strategically located in Northern Israel.
The program is set to begin in December 2024 and will run for a duration of five months.

Graduates who successfully complete the course will be offered employment in a new role at Iscar.

COURSE FOR DRONE OPERATION & AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR AGRICULTURE

The professional training will be conducted at the agricultural school in Migdal HaEmek, located in the north of Israel.

Graduates who successfully pass the state exam will receive a license from the Israel Civil Aviation Authority to operate drones up to 25 kg and can expect assistance with employment in the agricultural sector.

TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FOR CHEFS AT "DAN", "ISROTEL" AND "FATTAL" HOTEL CHAINS

Professional training will be conducted at the Be-Chef culinary college in Haifa. As part of the course, internship will be offered at “Dan”, “Isrotel”, and “Fattal” hotels.

Graduates who complete the full course and pass state exams will receive assistance in finding employment at hotels across the country.

MANAGERIAL TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY FOR "FATTAL", "DAN" AND "ISROTEL" HOTEL CHAINS

This comprehensive program combines vocational training with enabling participants to acquire the necessary qualifications. Upon completing the full course successfully, graduates can access support in securing employment across the country’s hotels.
